Lunch: Half plate with roasted vegetables with a string of olive oil and coriander, including carrots, asparagus, asparagus with an egg cooked with white pepper accompanied by a teaspoonful of warm tea with a cinnamon stick. Afternoon snack: Juice detox: a glass of water, half apple fresh with a leaf of cabbage. Have a dinner: 2 tablespoons unsalted steamed intercal rice, a fish fillet with black pepper wrapped in aluminum foil with mushroom in the oven without salt ¼ of the dish with lettuce seasoned with oil and sesame seed. Supper: A cup of tepid warm chamomile and a sugar-free vegetable jelly with pieces of natural strawberry.
