Sunday:

Breakfast:
A glass of water with two slices of fresh lemon 
A glass of warm green tea, a slice of natural brown bread with fresh cheese without salt, a fresh natural apple with a hint of cinnamon.

Morning snack:
1 cup sugar-free warm lemon balm, 4 dried nuts and 1 natural pear.

Lunch:
Half plate with roasted vegetables with a string of olive oil and coriander, including carrots, asparagus, asparagus with an egg cooked with white pepper accompanied by a teaspoonful of warm tea with a cinnamon stick.

Afternoon snack:
Juice detox: a glass of water, half apple fresh with a leaf of cabbage.

Have a dinner:
2 tablespoons unsalted steamed intercal rice, a fish fillet with black pepper wrapped in aluminum foil with mushroom in the oven without salt ¼ of the dish with lettuce seasoned with oil and sesame seed.

Supper:
A cup of tepid warm chamomile and a sugar-free vegetable jelly with pieces of natural strawberry.

Exercise to Shape your Body

1. Runninglarge

Running  – the best weight loss exercise. Running is one of the most efficient methods of burning calories. For every mile you run, you burn approx. 100 calories. Highest calorie burn and cheap as chips.

2. Elliptical Trainer

If you can’t run this is an awesome piece of machinery. Combines the cardio of running with resistance and it is low impact. Another positive is that burning the equivalent amount of calories as running feels easier on the elliptical. Great weight loss exercise.

3. Cross-Country Skiing 

Cross-country skiing (machine or outdoors) is a fantastic endurance sport, calling on every major muscle group.

4. Rowing

Cardio and resistance training in one fierce calorie-burning workout lasting between 20 and 40 minutes. Just make sure most of your power driving the stroke comes from large muscle of the thighs – not the upper body (a common mistake).

5. Step Aerobics 

Step Aerobics targets legs, hips and glutes. It is an intense calorie-burning exercise. Calories burned during this weight loss exercise depends on speed and step height.

6. Bicycling 

Bicycling (stationary or outdoors) targets thighs and calf muscles. Effectiveness for weight loss depends on speed and resistance/ incline.

9. Racquetball/ Squash

Rock climbing is a weight loss exercise that combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training. This weight loss exercise burns A LOT of calories, esp. on the way up.

How to Loose Weight Fast!

  1. aEat a high-protein breakfast.
  2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
  3. Drink water a half hour before meals.
  4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list).
  5. Eat soluble fiber.
  6. Drink coffee or tea. .
  7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
  8. Eat your food slowly.
  9. Exercise!
